Getting paid

• Canadian cash on the spot, or any of the 60+ currencies we stock, at that hour's rate. Selling a bracelet before a trip to Dubai? You can walk out with dirhams.

Buying gold

• Bars and coins, subject to what's in the safe. Call ahead and we'll confirm availability.
• Prices track the live spot market and update through the day.

Repairs

• Ring resizing, chain repair, clasp replacement, and stone setting, through our partner jeweller.
• Drop off at our counter. Most repairs are back within a week.

Good to know

• Bring photo ID. Gold transactions are recorded the same way currency is.
• Inherited or mixed jewellery is welcome. We'll sort what has melt value from what's worth more intact, and tell you honestly which is which.
