Careers at Pennii
Do your best work,
in person.
We're a small team serving thousands of Ottawa customers in real cash. No scripts, no cubicles, and no sales quotas. Just honest conversations at a busy counter.
Open roles
Join the counter.
Every role puts you in front of real people and real money. If you like being useful face to face, our counter will feel like home. Speak Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or French? Tell us. Our customers will love you for it.
Small team
You'll know every teammate by name, and so will our regulars.
Real work
Cash, rates, and real conversations. We'll teach you the FX side. You bring the people skills.
Predictable hours
Shifts are posted well in advance and the counter closes early. No overnight anything.
